Worked on development of Restructuring Life Happens process where the customers who are unable to pay debt/loan during their assigned term/duration as selected for restructuring. It includes 4 product types like personal loans, chequing accounts, revolving facility and credit cards.

Worked on development on Hogan web application using modern browsing techniques.

18th May 2023 to 14July 2023 Position : Senior RPA Developer Project details:
An insurance payment invoice validation process of bank including Oracle EBS application, and an excel workbook containing 10 lakhs plus database of customer car records for all customers of the bank.
Blue prism 7.0 tool was used.

It was an on-site project and we were working at the client office in Riyadh.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Understanding the process requirements through PDD and developing process solution using the most efficient techniques in RPA. developing custom code in Excel using VB.net for those functionalities which are not present in Blue prism VBOs.
·work on development of the process to deliver the process on a tight deadline of 15 days.
·Used OLEDB for excel automation and Modern Browser automation techniques for Edge Browser for a browser-based application.
·used surface automation 6.0 technique and JAVA spy mode for Oracle EBS application.
Completed development till my last working day and gave handover of the process to another developer for UAT and deployment.

Projects:
1.Automation Anywhere to Blue prism Migration Project (Jan 2023 - Apr 2023)

Applications involved: SAP, Excel, Outlook.
Tools: Blue prism v6.8, Automation anywhere v11.0
·A migration project from automation anywhere tool to blue prism tool. involved understanding the code on AA and developing the complete solution from scratch in blue prism.
involved updating a excel template with records downloaded from SAP application and updating the pivot table in excel and adding screenshots of the records from SAP application.

2.HSBC Consumer Ops project for China– (09/2022 - 12/2022)
CCRA Flag Maintenance- A credit card operations domain process used to add or remove flag on customer records as per their credit card account status.
The mainframe process was connected using IBM P COMM connector.
Used mainframe spy techniques for identifying elements on mainframe screen.
Other parts of the process involved excel and outlook automation.
performed UAT of the process with client where 90+ test cases were ran and 100% accuracy was achieved. Deployed the project after UAT sign -off.
3.Browser Migration Project(04/2022 - 08/2022) (due to discontinuation of support for IE browser) Migrated 5 automation from internet explorer to Chrome using modern Browser spying techniques Migrated objects using the object migration tool.
Updated the object names in the processes by editing the process.xml file.
performed unit and integration testing of processes.
Bug fixes and resolution for errors due to change in Browser. Performed UAT and deployed the processes in Production.
4.HMSHOST Production Support (10/2020 - 04/2022)
Production Maintenance support for 5 automation processes in the sublease accounting department Production Maintenance support for 5 automation processes in the fixed asset accounting dept.
Bug fixed and Change requests were done as per requirement.
Monitor the Bots as per schedules and support the business in case of process exceptions and provide Root cause analysis in defined SLA.

5.HMSHOST - Blue prism Development (04/2019 - 08/2019)
Developed 2 processes for HR and finance department involving People Soft web application using Blue prism v6.
Automated People Soft application in Internet Explorer browser using HTML spying.
Developed the blue prism solution as per Blue prism templates shared on blue prism portal
Followed best practices and developed the best efficient solution to reduce the run time of the process Performed UAT and deployed the processes in production with the assigned deadlines.
Developed custom code objects in VB.NET and C# for MS excel functionalities
6.Pfizer (04/2018 - 05/2019)
Vendor Reconciliation process involving excel and browser automation using blue prism v5. worked in a team of 3 developers.
Worked on re factoring of the process to reduce run-time and development effort. assisted the other developer in bug-fixes for time delivery of the the process. developed custom code objects in VB.NET for MS excel

7.Fonterra, Auckland, New Zealand (On Site)- Development (09/2017 - 03/2018)
Worked on automating Quantity mismatch process in Supply Chain Department using Blue prism v5 Automated process using involving SAP and Excel automation.
Worked independently on complete delivery of Quantity mismatch process. Used SAP spy mode to highlight elements in SAP application.
Performed SAPclient and server side configuration to enable SAP spy mode.
Worked with IT infra team to resolve blue prism infra issues.
·Worked as a peer developer for another colleague to complete his process within deadline.

8.Alrajhi Bank, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (onsite)- Back Office automation (01/2017 - 05/2017)
Process Automation using OLEDB due to large datasets in MS Excel and automating browser for PeopleSoft applications.
9.Vendor Reconciliation Process automation with robot processing data on multiple Excel Workbooks and Outlook mail. ·Getting customer record number from large datasets in MS Excel using OLEDB and checking customer details in PeopleSoft application.
·Used Excel macro for automation on excel files.
10.POCs (May 2016 – Dec 2016)
Worked on multiple POCs to showcase Blue prism tool functionalities like pdf,image word, document exaction, OCR extraction using sample invoices for internal clients at EY.
Worked on Guide wire policy software automation to showcase blue prism automation capabilities to internal clients at Ernst Young.
Worked on developing asset library for re-usable objects for Excel , Word and SAP applications.
