- Promoted to Director, R&D position in 2018.
- Owned development and deployment of CXL (Compute Express Link) Verification IP product.
- Conceptualized and developed a product called ‘System Analyzer’ for system level verification of a chip design.
- Handled a team of ~35 engineers, created a hierarchical structure within the team, and trained Managers.
