4. Improved High order value clearance from 65% to 94% during BBD'2024 & 90%+ in BAU which help to reduce the overall last mile losses 10%.

5. Improved All client Large shipments clearance from 45% to 70% and COD FAD performance 55% to 64%.

· Achieved response rate for East zone from 2.3% to 13.5% along with CSAT (customer satisfaction) 93%.

· Achieved CSAT NDR Score(Undelivered Shipments) for East zone from 54% to 68%.

· Reduce OFD (Out for delivery) from 4.5 hours/1000 shipments to 90mins/1500 shipment.

· Implementation of Lean tools across the warehouse of the organization.

· Improvement Conversion metrics for reattempt shipments from 6.87% to 16.66% at Zonal level.

· Scaled-up Exotel call implementation in East Zone from 8 centres to 627 centres.

· Increased the Exotel call adoption for UD shipments of East Zone from 44% to 78% by highlighting fake updates on UD shipments by Ops team, creating dashboard to monitor the Adoption rate and State-wise defaulter.

• Led and played an important role in improvement projects such as loss reduction, vendor/customer retention, NPS, and knowledge assessment
• Conducted internal SLP audits across the north warehouse, or hubs. Ensured completion of warehouse activities within TAT, and met the defined SLAs.
• In 2021-2022, 1.06 crore fraudulent incidents were identified, resulting in 18.86% of the prevention value.
• Investigated sellers, customers, internal employees, and vendors with the Flipkart Security Team and Trust & Safety Team.
• Monitored logistics and line haul to ensure that they efficiently provide the needed service.
• Prepared a new Process Audit framework; planned and conducted audits to ensure a smooth flow and to identify deviations in the process.

Significant Achievements:

• In the warehouse process audit, we decreased the overall non-conformance percentage of the North Zone from 38% to 29%.
• Improved the CAPA closure TAT of the North Zone from 28 days to 7 days.
• Improved the WCS escalation closure TAT of the North Zone from 19.86% to 70%.
• In 2021, 1.06 crore fraudulent incidents were identified, resulting in 18.86% of the prevention value.
• Received the Customer First Award, PAN INDIA, 2021, for reducing the losses in the supply chain and identifying and highlighting the process gaps.
