APM Assessments: Responsible for assessing Asset Performance Management (APM) by considering five key factors: Company Objectives, Organizational Dynamics, Regulatory Requirements, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Drivers/KPIs.

Improvement Roadmap: Develop improvement roadmaps that include clear goals and expected Return on Investment (ROI). These roadmaps should provide step-by-step action plans for both short-term and long-term strategies.

RCM/FMECA/Critical Analysis: Lead projects related to Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and critical analysis for rotating equipment.

Opportunity Assessment: Plan and execute opportunity assessments, conduct site visits, and interview potential users of solutions.

Solution Demonstration: Demonstrate solution capabilities and functionalities in the context of customer needs.

Business Case Development: Convey benefit analysis, value propositions, and create business cases for proposed solutions.

Partnership Engagement: Work with partners, including consultants, system integrators, and third-party hardware and software vendors.

AI Advocacy: Champion the use of AI in asset performance management to enhance decision-making.

Big Data Utilization: Leverage advanced machine learning techniques to harness big data for real-time insights and forecasting.

Customer-Centric Approach: Promote a customer-centric ethos in project management, aligning Agile goals with client needs.

Collaboration and Presentations: Collaborate with local divisions and marketing teams to create impactful presentations for client engagements.

Predictive Maintenance Implementation: Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies for rotating equipment.

Training and Workshops: Facilitate workshops and provide training related to APM, including reliability maintenance software.

• Digital Transformation & Asset performance Management, Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics Centre (RMDC)
• Design, documentation for hand over (FDS, FAT, SAT, Manuals), execution, integration, configuration
• Customized eDNA based Performance Monitoring System (PMS) solutions for power plants and Energy efficiency monitoring solutions for the utilities
• Customized Wonderware based Performance Monitoring System (PMS) solutions for power plants and Energy efficiency monitoring solutions for the utilities
• Wonderware Intouch, Archestra Historian, Information Server configurations and implementation
• System Platform (Wonderware) Galaxy architecture design, coding, configuration, and implementation.

• Performance Monitoring of Captive and Cogent Power plants, Efficiency Calculations, Optimizing the HMBD for operational Conditions, Performance Curve for Pumps and Fans, Heat loss Calculations, Case Studies on discrepancies
• Monitoring the efficiency of rotary equipment like Fans (PA, SA, FD, ID), Pumps (BFP, CEP, etc.), compressors, Heaters (HP, MP, LP), Cooling Towers, and all Balance of Plants (BOP)
• Air load testing for Electrostatic Precipitator
• Gas Distribution Test, APH Leakage Test (both Flame Test and Thread Test), etc
• Handling the Boiler during emergencies like block out, boiler puncture and during auxiliaries tripping
• Examining the thickness mapping of water wall tubes during the shutdown
• Monitoring the overall plant performance
• Air load testing for Electrostatic Precipitator
• Gas Distribution Test, APH Leakage Test (both Flame Test and Thread Test), etc
• Planning for maintenance & shutting activities (Mech., Elec., and Inst.) Liaising with Procurements team and Spares team
• Knowledge of safety regarding work like LOTO system, HIR
• Requesting PTW (Permit to Work) for Non-Routine Jobs at Confined Space, Height work & Excavation.

• Preparation of protocols for commissioned equipment
• Preparation of punch list against the completion of systems with reference diagrams
• Have good knowledge in observing & understanding P&I diagrams
• Checking and ensuring of starting permissive and trip logics of boilers and turbines
• Conducting procedures in sequence for the readiness of boiler for Plant Synchronization, which is Alkali boil out (or) chemical cleaning, Steam blowing, and safety valve floating
• Responsible for commissioning Boiler auxiliaries (ID, SA &PA fans)
• Conducted Coal Drop Test, Bubble Cap DP Test, etc.
