Project description

• PAS system is existing live application since 2014. It is non financial bronze application which is used for approval of builder APF/NON APF projects. It has only property related details & there are non financial transaction application getting processed from this application.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete ownership for all testing across multiple applications build with varied set of tools/technologies
• Participate in coordinating, communicating, and disseminating testing timelines, deliverables, and other information to QA Managers
• Preparation of Test cases and test data
• Mentoring team to understand requirement and coordinating during execution.
• Conduct go/no-go and release management activities
• Performing impact analysis of change request that comes during tenure of project.
• Preparation of weekly status report and Preparation of RTM document.
• Defect management via Quality Center.
• Assisting with pre and post production support activities as needed.

• Analyzing business requirements and thereby preparing Master test plan and Detailed Test plan.
• Actively participated in requirements reviews, gain understanding of functional specifications and provide feedback on documentation
• Participate in design reviews to ensure that software changes are understood in order to facilitate testing.
• Participate in coordinating, communicating, and disseminating testing timelines, deliverables, and other information to QA Managers
• Preparation of Test cases and test data
• Mentoring team to understand requirement and coordinating during execution.
• Coordinating between onsite and offshore (On-Call) for smooth delivery of project.
• Performing impact analysis of change request that comes during tenure of project.
• Preparation of weekly status report and Preparation of RTM document.
• Defect management via Quality Center.
• Assisting with pre and post production support activities as needed.
• Conduct go/no-go and release management activities
• Collaborated with developers to identify and resolve software issues, leading to higher product reliability
• Assisted project managers in estimating resource requirements and timelines for QA efforts, ensuring alignment with project deadlines
• Improved team efficiency with streamlined test processes, resulting in faster release cycles

• Preparation of Test plan and test strategy for Functional specifications.
• Preparation of Test scenarios and Test cases.
• End to end SIT and part of Regression testing
• Coordinating team for successful completion of testing cycle.
• Providing daily status reports to onsite team and coordinating between onsite/offshore.
• Actively involved in UAT phase of testing
• Involved in Automation Infrastructure Development in Quick Test Professional.
