• Monitored the control room by checking if all the processes ran as per the schedule.
• Supported BAU issues by analyzing and rectifying the issues.
• Been involved in Blueprism version migration activities
• Handled stakeholders when there has been major issues in production during Migration activities.
• Engaged with the Change request reassured by the client if there's any requirement to update the code of the existing process.

• Prepared SDD documents and Test scripts following the PDD document prepared by the BA.
• Developed processes by following the Blue prism best practice.
• Worked in automating applications like, MS Excel, MS Word, PDFs, Web browsers (MS Edge and Google Chrome),Outlook, some of the business mainframe applications.
• Conducted Peer Review as per the Blue prism provided template.
• Performed Unit testing along with the SMEs by validating the Test scripts
• Prepared the Operational Handbook with the details of the production environment work and handed it over to the SMEs.
