• Responsible for maintaining and Improving all Access Management systems, services, Integrations with primary focus on project/business support.
• Involved in multiple cost optimisation/reduction initiatives such as Monthly ServiceNow resolver license review, ServiceNow catalogue creation/modification for specific requests, creation of workflows etc.
• Drive efficiencies in areas of IAM ( Identity and Access Management) by following industry accepted practices such as COBIT 5, ITIL V3/4.
• Manage a team of dedicated professionals working in the areas of automation, continuous service improvement and BAU operations. This often requires detailed planning on capacity/resource management, shrinkage analysis etc.
• Deliver trainings/hands-on to the graduate trainees fresh out of college on the IAM methodologies
• Manage support queues on incoming cases/incidents, often collaborate with dependent support teams for timely completion of child tasks.
• Client facing activities such as onboarding to EY applications (Including Demo/POC sessions) , ServiceNow onboarding, re-visit contractual agreements as and when required.
• Activities involving security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect, as well as compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS

• Drive efficiencies in areas of Joiners, Movers and Leavers, RBAC Provisioning by leading a team of 12 IAM skilled colleagues
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as functional managers, recovery teams Business Resiliency Managers and other related partners who support the larger team at Information and Cyber Security
• Work closely with India Management teams to build bespoke RBAC model for each team thereby help colleagues request application access with minimal approvals and delays
• Plan and implement quality review meetings, suggest improvements, and regularly update stakeholders on progress
• Conduct Risk Assessment meetings at department level and document any category risk that is flagged
• Suggest controls that can be put into the process to mitigate any possible risk
• Identity Governance and Administration(IGA) related activities

• Identity and Access Management and File Centre of Excellence:
• Managing joiner, mover & leaver ( JML) process for RBS all entities ~ 80k employees. Review and resolve operational issues as well as implementing new process & procedure changes.
• User & group access management in Active Directory, MS Exchange Lotus Notes, Cyber-Ark.
• Identify & address toxic access issues.
• Managing & safeguarding elevated access/PIM.
• Using opportunities to automate repeatable tasks.
• Service Improvement initiatives.
• Managing the capacity on the Net-App infrastructure.
• Ensuring effective controls are in place [access, policies, standards, ownership & quotas]
• Effective engagement & collaboration with stakeholders for implementation of project activities.
• Proactive monitoring of the file estate and services to ensure and protect service availability / stability.

Application Security Administrator ( North America and EMEA)

• Work closely with the development teams to constantly modify/tweak our in house applications and explain our requirements.
• Perform UAT Testing on applications created and modified by IT vendors as per the business requirements.
• Generate reports and suggest improvements.
• Application health monitoring using various internal tools and suggest remedy if needed. Application Violation reports for unauthorized access.
• Identification of application risks for security and business, regular interactions with Risk Management team to improve security, stability and availability.
• Conduct and participate in various internal process improvement workshops.
