- Complete process engineering calculations with reasonable assumptions and basis.
- Prepare technical packages like PFD, P&ID, Equipment suitability, impurity profile and Mass & Material balance sheets. Review tech pack and prepare BPR, BCT and QRM documents.
- Plan and complete walkthrough with draft BPR, P&ID, Technology packages and Process safety report to check the fitment of facility and coordinate for completion of pending works.
- Provide on-site support during the execution of first scale up batch but not limited to. Ensuring the smooth execution of batches and monitoring the campaign till completion of delivery.
- Submit the manufacturing updates to the clients and lead the conversation regarding updates, issues, and challenges during telecons.
- Take a lead role in completing the investigations of any deviations raised. Be instrumental in analyzing the problem, proposing the root cause with experimental evidence or probable root cause, and listing CAPA.
- Complete preparation and submission of campaign reports and validation reports within timelines after completion of batches.
- Prepare RFP with detailed evaluation of the process, check the fitment of manufacturing facilities and submit to PPIC within timeline.
