Highly motivated individual with 1.5 years and a belief that data is the key and to provide better customer experience it always drills down to how you use the available data with you. I have worked with Service Now Ticketing tool to under the customer pain points and used it to build Tableau Dashboards to take out insights and wrote Apex Code using Salesforce as a technology in my current scope of work to provide better customer experience on the customer facing portal.

• Collaborated with team of 20 Members in the development of Rewards Loyalty Project for Schneider Electric Partners.
• This project was a success and we rolled out Rewards as a service in 8 countries namely - United Arab Emirates , Greece , Belgium , India , Brazil , Germany , USA and Sweden.
