* Currently working with the RRI Chasing team to ensure efficient operations
* Responsible of chasing the fund manger and OPM's based on defined SLA to ensure that the transfers are resolved promptly and do not remain pending or stuck
* Manage and handle daily escalations received through the CFT portal. - Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations
* Oversee and manage one primary queue (Queue calls) Handle the calls queue, successfully reducing the volume of outstanding calls from a large number to just a few. - Streamline and sort queues by working rigorously and continuously to ensure efficient queue management
* Sole responsibility for PMS (Conversions) chasing. - Implement and share innovative ideas with the processing team to streamline the PMS chasing process and reduce the number of pending cases and also helped the transition process of conversions from RRO TO RRI processing
* Conduct training sessions for team members, leveraging personal experience and expertise in queue management. - Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are proficient in handling their respective queues
