• Handling CAPEX and OpEX Budget for Blast Furnace of 2.5 MT Steel Plant and initiating the procurement process as per the guidelines of PCP.
• Persuing for approval of Budget Allocation, Purchase Requistion, SBD Approvals, Tendering, Techno Commercial Evaluations from TEC & CEC, Negotiaitions, Purchase Order placement etc from different approving authority levels like Chief General Managers, Executive Director, Director Incharge offices.

The Blast Furnace consisting of Stock House, Coal Pulverisation Unit, 3 Nos Stoves, 2 Slag Granulation Plant and 1 Gas Cleaning Plant, 12 Torpedo for Logistic Handling of Liquid Hotmetal and 2 Nos Pog Casting Machine.

• Vendor Development to increase vendor base for better participation and avoid cartel.
• Product Trial to evaluate suitable vendors for different product segments.
• CAPEX Procurement
• Tender Documents Formation and Evaluation of Bids.

The Steel Melting Shop consisting of 2 Nos HMRS, 2 Nos HMDS, 3 x 180 Ton BOF Convertor, 2 LHF and 1 RH Degasser, 2 nos 6 Strand Billet Caster and 1 Nos 4 Strand Bloom cum Beam Blank Caster.

• All Field related activities like Field Survey, Foundation, Erection and Stringing Activities.
• Right of Way Approvals
• Persunace with respective Govt Offices for Statutory Clearance like Forest, Highway Crossing, Powerline Crossing, PTCC etc.
• Planning of Materials & Resources with EPC agency to meet the progress of project as per the deadline of Management.
• Part of Due diligence team of Adani went for acquisition of Avantha Power.
