  • Initiated and Managed the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS): Successfully managed, proposed the overall idea and the implementation of the SISFS scheme and got a funding pool of ₹2 crores, aimed at supporting early-stage startups at SPARKLE GLA University.
  • Investment Management: Oversaw the disbursement of ₹2 crores in funding under the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with funding agreements.
  • Program Management: Successfully managed the end-to-end operations of the incubation program, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensured startups had access to essential resources such as office space, high-speed internet, prototyping tools, and meeting facilities.
  • Network Development: Built and maintained a robust network of industry experts, investors, mentors, and strategic partners to support the growth of incubated startups.
  • Marketing Grant Recommendation: Identified and recommended eligible startups for availing marketing grants of ₹7.5 lakh, enhancing their market presence and growth potential.
  • Application Assistance: Assisted startups in applying for grants on the StartinUP portal, providing guidance and support throughout the application process to ensure successful submissions.
  • Institution’s Innovation Council: In my role as convenor of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) at GLA University, I was responsible for organizing, executing, and uploading reports on the portal for all IIC-scheduled events
  • New Gen IEDC -DST-EDI Govt of India: Acted as the coordinator for the New Gen IEDC scheme by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Managed the end-to-end process, from application invitation to prototype submission, overseeing the allocation of ₹2.5 lakh funding to students for innovative prototype development. Facilitated patent application procedures
  • NIRF Ranking:I spearheaded the process of uploading comprehensive data for GLA University's NIRF ranking onto the designated portal. Our meticulous efforts led to the university securing a position in the top 50 in the Innovation Ranking
  • NAAC Accreditation: managed the execution of NAAC criteria 3, focusing on innovation, research, and funds sanctioned to the university. Oversaw the organization of events and generated comprehensive reports related to this criterion. As a result of these efforts, the university achieved a NAAC accreditation rating of 3.46, securing an A+ grade
  • E-Cell: Served as a mentor for the Entrepreneurship Cell's student body at GLA University. In this role, I played a crucial part in guiding students towards success in the cell's grand flagship events. These events included TEDxGLAU, E-Summit'24, Creators Camp, and Entrephobia.
