UK PA SERVICING
- Responsible for performance reporting, daily hygiene, and coaching.
- Driving PA satisfaction in compliance with Blue Box Values.
- Responsible for Responding back to PA based enquiries raised via Phone and email channel
- Delivering outstanding service in every interaction and leaving a lasting positive impression by utilizing our Relationship Care servicing ethos.
- Educating client use of different tools from online @work and Billing Support Files and BTA Connect
- Monitoring adherence to schedule to minimize the impact on service levels
- Contribution to Daily reports including allocation reports for Case Allocation, returned card reports etc.
- Processing Leavers report for UBS(UK) and sending immediate response for urgent data feed.
- Worked on Project of identifying Challenges/opportunities within recently launched online digital enrollment link for making new PA enrollment process seamless.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
