• Conducting design workshops to comprehensively understand customer requirements.
• Formulating tailored solutions that align with and fulfill customer needs.
• Executing solution deployment in customer environments in adherence to the established design.
• Collaborating with Global Support Services (GSS) and Research & Development (R&D) teams to resolve intricate issues.

I've demonstrated proficiency in working with a range of products, including the VMware Horizon suite (App Volumes, DEM, UAG, etc.), VMware Workspace ONE Access, and vSphere.

Accountable for overseeing the entire internal VMware Horizon VDI infrastructure within the organization, my role encompasses:

• Assessing designs, deploying solutions, and optimizing the infrastructure to ensure optimal performance for all colleague-facing technologies.
• Analyzing and optimizing VDI performance, as well as resolving colleague issues and handling day-to-day operations.
• Administration of VMware Identity Manager, involving access management, setting up access policies, and collaborating with internal teams and SaaS vendors to implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using VMware Workspace ONE.
• Taking the lead on automation initiatives within the team to streamline processes, reduce manual workload, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Deploying and managing various colleague-facing technologies, collaborating with vendors and internal teams for testing and implementation. Examples include McAfee Endpoint Security, SafeQ Enterprise Printing solution, and developing troubleshooting tools/services to support L1 and L2 teams.
