- Description:
- CPOS is the Centralized Point of Sales application used across PAN India for customer acquisitions. It basically supports 3 major functions i.e. End to End - Sales Tracking & Forecasting, Inventory - Number & Product Management and CRS – Customer Registration system.
- CPOS basically is distributed across 23 circles PAN India. CPOS interacts with multiple systems for various function points for ex. SCRM, DCRM, UPSS, NPG.
- CPOS mainly impacts three major functions i.e. Inventory, Sales and CRS. Inventory deals with entire number and product management followed by Sales which looks after end to end tracking of sales transactions and helps in sales forecast.
- CRS refers customer registration system which dwells with GSM customer acquisition.
- Responsibilities:
- Creation of Test scenarios by thoroughly understanding the demands.
- Performing different types of scenarios like IOIP (Individual on Individual Pay), Bulk IOIP, COIP (Customer on Individual Pay), TOO, PDR, Red Family Submission, SIMEX Journeys which need to be executed and tested on Postman tool, MNP (Mobile Number Portability), Postpaid and Prepaid scenarios submissions through Digital Utility tool etc.
- Preparation of Test Data and sending it to the partner team for submissions.
- Taking snapshots of the executed of test cases/scenarios.
- Had a good hands - on JMeter for Performance Testing.
- Running the JMeter scripts on server as well as on local platform to check the performance.
- Defect logging and Tracking in Octane tool.
- Syncing up with the partner team on GMEET and helping them with the required data for the scenario submissions.
- Resolving the partner team issues as and when required.
