  • RTO Department: Publishing weekly RTO difference (loss) report with team and briefing regarding the same, Suggestions to the central team about the new implementation to make a more smoother process than old. Maintaining zero losses throughout the process.
  • Cash Management: Main Purpose – The COD ( cash on delivery ) orders which are getting delivered to the customer, COD amount must be submit to store by delivery boy on same day only. Slot wise COD collection, Proper amount updating on cash management dashboard, Next day cash deposition in the bank account of company on a daily basis, Zero tolerance between such order’s COD amount, Weekly COD loss report publishing with team and monthly with the central team.
