- I have been working with EY for the last 7.5 years and have been part of different teams within Risk Management Services. Teams associated with are BRS, Contract support, Real Estate and BRIDGE Research Team.
- As a research reviewer, will be reviewing the research done by researcher and approving it for independence review and approval.
- Also managing the team to deliver the business support and service to US clients
- Assigning and monitoring the work of team members
- Second level review to ensure quality and share feedback for improvement to the new team members
- Support the U.S Firm's mitigation processes related to third party business relationships, compliance and reporting.
- Vendor researching using D&B, MDM, Google, BoardEX, Bloomberg, SEC and annual fillings.
- Assist with the Background Investigations and type of data used by third party vendors before EY enters a business relationship with the vendor.
- Preparation of contracts to be signed by EY and the vendor for the proposed business relationship.
- Assist with acquisitions of EY by researching the agreements and background of the vendors involved with the acquiring company.
- Identifying potential risks associated with a vendor/service provider and communicate the same with EY US leaders.
- Auditing and reporting payment compliance with internal partners and business team.
- Review the risk of the vendor relationships with EY and submit the details of the vendor on behalf of the engagement team to the Independence team for approval.
- Act as a liaison between the engagement team and other approvers including the Global Client Service Partner, Global Council Office, Vendor Assurance team and the Independence team.
