• Existing client relationship handling, customization of product attributes and product offerings vis-à-vis customer's profile, particular focus on acquisition of new clients for the bank.
• Successfully delivering end to end solutions to the clients in commercial products such as Letter of Credit, Bank guarantee, Bill discounting, Factoring etc. covering the ecosystem opportunities under 360 degree banking.
• Successfully managed Trade transactions including all current account transactions of corporate clients.
• Liaised with clients by using a consultative approach to tailor made investment needs of client based on their financial situation, objectives, return expectations and risk appetite.
