• Verifying accurate booking of Market Data Services (MDS) costs to the designated general ledger (GL) assigned to the MDS team. Initiated reclassification when necessary to ensure proper allocation of costs.

• Delivering daily operational insights to business stakeholders within UBS by using Power BI and SQL through the publication of Daily Flash reports. These reports capture and communicate the daily operational changes occurring across all Market Data Services

• Managing month end activities (Pre-snap analysis with variance analysis and commentary, Final snap analysis, Maintain monthly Accruals, Intercompany balances and settlements and issuance of invoices)
• Efficiently generate and track intercompany invoices within the bank, facilitating seamless payments from one region to vendors on behalf of other regions, while generating internal invoices for intercompany transactions.
• Managed declaration process by accurately reporting the count of users utilizing the service. This information was crucial for vendors to generate invoices based on the declared user count.
• Provided assistance to the onshore team and business analysts in the preparation and submission of the annual budget. Collaborated closely to ensure accurate and timely completion of the budgeting process.
• Accountable for Market Data requirements for region USA for the bank by arranging new license set ups and cancellations, contract renewals and new subscription to internal market data users with help pf RPM. Liaising with globally placed vendors and internal teams to ensure the timely implementation of all tasks
