• Team Leadership: Coach and mentor team members to build skills, improve performance, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Sales Performance: Drive sales results by understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and closing transactions.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Apple products and services, staying updated on latest launches and features.
• Operations Management: Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards
• Problem Resolution: Handle complex customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Training & Development: Deliver training sessions and help develop career paths for retail staff.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Store Leadership and corporate teams to execute business initiatives.
