• Expediting, Coordination and Delivery Management for Electrical and Instrumentation packages i.e., LT/HT Transformers, Switchgears, HT/LT Cables, NGR,PA & EPABX System DCS & PLC, SWAS, CEMS, COLTCS, STG, Fuel gas system, cables & field instruments (Different Analyzers, Flowmeter, Density Meter, Transmitters, Flow Switch, Flow Elements, Local Gauges, Temp. • Preparing procurement strategies, prioritize the ordering of equipment considering the manufacturing cycle, Monitoring, follow ups and Co-ordination with Client, Site team, vendors, sub- vendors on Supply Management (All Clearances, Inspection, logistics, Site progress etc.)
• Responsible for timely deliveries of items & equipment from Vendors to Project Sites through regular follow up including inspection activities, identification of any bottlenecks and provide a status report to Project Manager.
• Track & take update the manufacturing & deliveries of ordered items including raw material availability, fabrication/machining status and inspection status including status review of statutory inspections e.g. IBR etc, where applicable.
• Coordination with the TPI agency / Inspection team for inspections during various manufacturing stages and to ensure supplier compliance with the approved QC procedures and timely closure of Inspectors observations/non-conformances.
• Checking & close out of the order once delivery is completed and all documents are submitted. Prepare and issue MOM and MIS based on the desired schedule / frequency.
• Inspected materials and supplies for compliance with requirements, returning non-compliant items to suppliers for replacement.
• Coordinated with other trades and disciplines to align efforts towards successful project completion.
• Provided pre-construction guidelines to clients, including drawings, budgets and procedural modifications.
• Advised on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation, providing constructive recommendations.
• Reviewed as-built drawings, checking accuracy and completeness to meet desired specifications.
• Created instruments and procedures for testing electronic components, circuits and systems to verify functionality.
• Provide Guidance to Execution Contractor and Client.
