• Led a team of 20 developers across 2 crucial full suite cloud projects namely USAIG and NICO.
• Single handedly created 3 new products related to aircraft LOB from scratch using APD cloud APP. Developed multiple configuration user stories.
• As an Ace certified developer I was handling code reviews and deployment to higher environments.
• Created and managed a repository of assets at the organizational level.

• Led a team of 7 developers as a Senior Tech Lead across 2 projects namely P&V, MountainWest.
• As a developer worked primarily on PolicyCenter story cards but also contributed in the billing track when required.
• Developed comprehensive training programs for new joiners, resulting in improved employee skillsets and increased productivity.

• Worked as a lone configuration developer for a Billing center project namely Markel.
• Established strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication across departments and teams.

Worked on-site for client - New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company, focusing on LOBs like Homeowners and Personal Umbrella. Focused on Product Model, UI configuration, UW issues, System tables and validations. This application was developed using Guidewire Policy Center 7.0.

• AVIVA: Worked directly at the client location Perth (Scotland) in this project. My primary role as a Configurator in this project was to be directly involved with the client and the SME’s in understanding the requirement and providing solutions. In the PolicyCenter implementation, I was part of the team that did Re-Insurance and ClaimCenter team to configure and develop the claims side of the Property LOB.
• QBE America was an American based ClaimCenter implementation of Property, Auto and Liability LOB’s. As part of the configuration team, my primary role in this project was to deliver bug free and simple solution to the client’s requirement. Support the project in SIT & UAT phase
• AIG JAPAN And Nationwide: Both are PolicyCenter implementation of the Property LOB. My role as a Configurator in this project was to assist the PolicyCenter configuration team in developing complex requirements.
