• Pillar Lead for all Current product upcoming changes, New model Introduction, Planning and Execution as per delivery timeline
• Responsible for preparing plans and strategy for all CPM/NPI projects and coordinate with all stake holders and ensure proper planning & execution of proposed changes
• Anticipate unexpected deviations, avoid bottle necks and take proactive action to manage such issues to meet project timeline
• Proactively resolve any Engineering change (ECO) issues concerning project delivery
• Coordinate trials for proposed changes and track observation closure before implementation of final change
• Advance communication with management and share reports for project status updates.

• Project Model leader for New Jazz PET/DIESEL
• Responsible for developing the processes for effective management of Product BOM & Engineering changes
• Ensuring accurate documentation of the Project introduction, development & change management
• Reviews related to status of BOM, moderating integrity of BOM & Engineering changes management (ECN)
• Successful Projects - Development & Introduction of New Jazz Petrol/Diesel in India

Key Deliverables:

• Overall Responsibility for CABIN Production
• Maintain Welding Jigs, Fixture & Equipment in Working Condition
• Optimizing man and machine utilization to achieve preset production targets
• Adherence to production plan and meeting delivery targets
• Decreased in-house production issues by establishing and coordinating sub-contracting and outsourcing requirements and processes.
