  • Troubleshooting and monitoring the performance by tuning JVM heap size and garbage collection parameters.

• Expertise in doing security level enhancement in WebLogic server like configuring SSL, DigitalCerts installation and renewals etc.

• Worked on WebLogic server performance tuning during Load and Performance testing, Production environment and fixed the memory leaks.
• Configured SUN and JRockit JVM Command-Line Options to get the heap dump and thread dump automatically when the out of memory occurs first time.
• preparing Impact Analysis documents after identifying the necessary impacted components and the necessary changes

• Accurately and efficiently reporting consumer credit data to the main credit repositories (Equifax, Experian, Transunion and Innovis).
• Responding accurately to the mortgagor’s credit disputes in the stipulated time of 30 days.
• Working on Bankruptcies, Foreclosed, Charged off, Paidoff and Transferred accounts.
• Submitting credit corrections to the main four credit bureaus and issuing regulatory required acknowledgement, correction or denial letters to the mortgagers.
• Preparing weekly status reports to update the progress of the Project.
• Involved in Process Improvement to reduce the cycle time involved there by improving the SLA.
• Generating reports from various sources to provide accurate data.
