Project Description-:
- Business process is about reading payment related issue from outlook/bolt and validate the input customer data against HUB, extract recipients and send emails to customers.
- This process was selected for automation because it is a manually intensive process time consuming and has huge number of payment related issues on daily basis.
Responsibilities-:
- involved in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing implementation and maintenance activities.
- Attended daily scrum meeting to give the daily working status to the client project manager.
- Collected the input customers payment related issues from outlook, validate customer information in HUB.
- Extract recipients based on customer account details from HUB and send notification email to customer for further action.
- Closely worked with the process user team to understand the exceptions.
- Supported UAT and deployed the process in the production Environment.
- It enhanced customer experience increased efficiency, depletion of manual efforts and scalability.
Tenure: 6 Months
