- Managing Control-M servers/Agents using Control-M Configuration Manager (CCM).

- Maintaining all Control-M calendars to ensure run date accuracy

- Scheduling jobs and variants for multiple systems. and Processing cycles and utilize Control -M utilities to forecast and plan.

- Worked during patching activities to start and stop the control – M application

- Providing call support for monitoring team creating & working on incidents, changes in Service-Now. Knowledge of change Management process. Exposure to ITIL concept.

- To troubleshoot and take corrective action for problems involving control -M dependencies using conditions/resource manual conditions.

- Monitoring Service now tool 24/7.

- Identifying and troubleshooting CPU and memory usage issues on Windows servers.

- Generating reports from“servicenow”tool for monthly report.

- Handling Incidents, Service Requests, and Change Request based upon Requirements from the Respective application teams.

- Knowledge in Handling Changes for Job Creation.

- Assist service owners in new initiatives or services, continual improvement of existing services,and retirement of older Services
