• Responsible for verifying the documents given by the Counter Part Agents for MANIFESTATION
• Once the verification is done Opening JOB in ERP
• Entering the required Data in the ERP
• Tracking the ETA of the Vessel
• Co ordinating with the forwarders for HBL and confirming whether there are any ICD or SEZ
• If any ICD or SEZ available confirming the SEZ Code and ICD movement with forwarders that who will be taken care of Movements
• Before ETA of vessel making CAN copy available to customers and forwarders
• Once the IGM is filed in ICEGATE entering the IGM NO , LINE NO,PORT CODE,IMO VESSEL CODE making the CGM FILE ready for filing
• Once CGM File is ready Filing in ICEGATE for SPLIT MANIFEST

• With the help of the information checking the vessels coming to port
• With the available vessel name tracking the owner or the charter of the vessel
• With having the complete knowledge of IMPA approaching for the orders before the vessel reaching the port
• Responsible for e mail Co ordination received from Vessel owners or Ship management companies
• Upon Receiving the RFQ from the owners or charterer forwarding the RFQ to purchase Department for providing quotation
• Once upon Completion of RFQ forwarding the RFQ to the concerned part for confirmation
• Upon some clients request requesting for discounts upon RFQ considering that and confirming with the manager and fianlizing the discount to the owners or charterer
• Making the arrangement before the vessel ETC or ETD and co ordinating with mates or chief officer for verification of goods
• Coordinating with the Warehouse team and purchase team and confirming the availability of vehicles
• Preparing Customs documents with the help of Saudi citizen
• Upon getting confirmation from the master or agent for supply informing the Warehouse team to keep the truck loaded once upon confirming releasing the vehicle
• Upon request from agent or owner arranging and delivering the CTM and getting the acknowledge from Captain
• Once the final quantity is confirmed by the warehouse team preparing delivery order through accounts team
• Coordinating with store keeper or with driver for supply in smooth way
• Managing external vendors to deliver maintenance and helpdesk services
• Once the supply is over receiving the DELIVERY ORDER and forwarding it to Accounts team to prepare the final invoice on agreed quote
• Receiving the CASH or Supply feedback form from the drivers and forwarding to the concerned department
• Monitor monthly service level performance and Development
• Preparing monthly chart in excel and forwarding to Supply Manager

• To create a new booking in the system with all the shipments details ,buying & selling rates received from the sales team
• Execution of forwarding the freight and freight operations
• Booking the containers and following uo with the liner for booking release
• Work closely with Liners and Freight Forwarders
• Based on the existing customers service some one time importers & exporters will approach for total logistics and Importer factory as per invoice terms DDP (DELIVERY DUTY PAID) DAP (DELIVERY AT PLACE)
• Matching the rates with Liner & Airlines and quoting the customers with the best rates for the shipment
• Aware of all incoterm relating to the trade .Based on weight ,Dimensions,, Quantity , Commodity ,Country Etc the quote is given to the customers
• Once the Shipment is confirmed need to initiate the Liner , Freight Forwarders ,For the booking release of containers & Form 13
• After the vessel sailed need to get the B/L from the NVOCC ,Liner for Export shipment
• In the meanwhile need to collect the mate receipt from the liner for the purpose of LET EXPORT ORDER
• Need to draft the COO as per the Exporter requirements
• Should release the B/L to the customer along COO , EP COPY and shipping Billcopy endorsed by the customs along with our invoice
• Need to update the clients for vessel sailed ETD & ETA
