- Roles & Responsibilities: Daily Performance and Monitoring the Process Units like Dynasand filtration and chlorine plant and ozone generation plant with capacity of 200,000 m3/day, and Accurate Valuations and Decisions Regarding Treatment Plant Process
- Preparation of TSE Production based on SEOMD Engineer recommendation, will fine-tune process flow and compute the dosing system of chlorine dosing rate
- Compute the ozone dosing for dose the TSE Production stream and demand to ozone plant supervisor to adjust the ozone production quantity
- Monitor the ambient ozone concentration gas periodically in COD (Catalytic Ozone Destructor) outlet and if there is any deviation instruct to ozone plant supervisor to adjust the parameters
- Supervising and checking the Ozone plant Key Parameters like, Temperature, Pressure, cooling water flow, air flow, Ozone concentration, Dew point, Air flow
- Schedule the Ceramic diffuser cleaning and replacement while TSE plant shutdown periods
- Maintain the chlorine cylinder availability, based on stock report and requesting the supplier to deliver the chlorine cylinder
- Planning for the TSE process Tanks cleaning
- Monitor the Ozone generation plant daily log sheet
- Coordinating with Maintenance Division for Rectification of Equipment Failure and Break Down
- Confirms Proper Operation of Various Plant Process and Instrumentation
- And Utilize Proper Safety Precaution Related to Work Performed
