My Primary role is of a BMC ITSM solution architect where I am involved in following tasks.

• Understand customer requirement.
• Document the requirement (Create Requirement document)
• Consulting the customer of adopting ITLS processes.
• Design the Solution ( Create Solution Design document).
• Get the Build done from the team and assist them when required.
• Review the build.
• Get test cases created and get the User acceptance test done.
• Production deployment and manage post go-live support.

Secondary Role.

• Tracking the project progress and highlighting any risks in meeting the project schedule. (Project Management)
• Managing weekly project calls.
• Tracking project commercial milestones.
• Tracking milestone sign-off.
• Project closure.

Additional roles.

• Managing at least 2 projects at a time.
• Account Management for Americas Region ( Managing two clients one in Canada and other in United States
• Mining existing customers to get more business.
• Reviewing RFP's replies sent to prospective customers.
• Solution consulting calls for prospective customers.
• Arranging and giving Demos for prospective customers (Presales role).

Major Projects.

• A*STAR Singapore (Singapore Research agency) : BMC Remedy implementation.
• Airbus Space and Defense (Germany) : Configuration Management setup.
• Qatargas (Qatar : Largest LNG producer) : Configuration and Change Management deployment.
• Ehealth Ontario ( Canada, Ontario Health Department) : Customization project.
• American Express Saudi Arabia (Remedy implementation & again Upgrade same setup after 3 years)
• Vodafone India (BMC customization and support)

Worked as Remedy lead and managed a vendor team and support for BMC products.

Worked as Remedy SME for IBM as a contract employee later joined on IBM payroll.

• Worked as an Application Analyst (Remedy Application) in Manufacturing Domain.
• Supported Remedy application version 5.x and 6.x (Incident, Change, Problem, Task Management and SLM.
