Platform Strategy & Architecture:
Define and implement ServiceNow platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT roadmap.
Design and maintain a scalable ServiceNow architecture, ensuring efficient system performance, security, and compliance.
Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and releases, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Solution Design & Development:
Lead the design and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Architect and oversee the development of workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations to enhance platform functionality.
Ensure best practices in low-code/no-code configurations, scripting, and system performance optimization.
Integration & Automation:
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, LDAP, ODBC, and other APIs.
Leverage ServiceNow Orchestration and Automation capabilities to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions.
Optimize CMDB and Service Mapping for accurate asset tracking and operational resilience.
Governance, Security & Compliance:
Establish and enforce governance frameworks, development standards, and best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DORA, GDPR, NIST, and other industry standards.
Collaborate with security teams to enhance ServiceNow SecOps capabilities, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:
Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders, providing insights on ServiceNow capabilities and industry trends.
Work closely with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and process owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, training, and mentoring for ServiceNow teams to enhance platform expertise.
