COMPANY: Altair ProductDesign Inc.

Responsibilities include:

* Meshing and building crash safety CAE models of vehicles.
* Analyzing structural performance of CAE results.
* Making recommendations to improve performance of vehicle structure.
* Creating technical engineering documentation and negotiating countermeasure implementation into design drawings.
* Incorporating component test results into full vehicle CAE to improve accuracy.
* Planning and conducting full vehicle evaluations to confirm performance predictions are achieved.
* Establishing engineering processes for use company-wide.
* Creating technical know-how documents and preparing engineering training documents for team members.

Education/Experience Required:

* M.S. in CAD/CAM and 1 year in the position and/or as an Engineer.

Academic program or experience must have included:

* LS/DYNA,
* HYPERMESH,
* OPTISTRUCT,
* Nastran,
* Hyper crash.

40 hrs/wk. 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EOE. E-Verify Employer. No Calls.
