Efficiency Improvement of Solar Panel, 10/2022 - 04/2023, The efficiency of the solar panel decreases as the temperature of the top surface of the panel increases. This causes micro-cracks on the solar panel. Hence a method was found to decrease the temperature of the solar panel thereby increasing its efficiency in the longer run. Indium tin oxide (ITO) is a transparent conductive oxide that is being used as a top layer to reduce the solar panel temperature. The MLX90614 (programmed with Arduino Uno) is a non-contact infrared temperature sensor that uses an infrared-sensitive thermopile detector to measure the thermal radiation emitted by an object. Smart Sanitizer, 01/2022 - 04/2022, Building a bot using the mobile application and transmit live video using camera module directly to the mobile which would help us in navigation. The final operation is to perform disinfection by spraying the sanitizer liquid, which would be instructed by the user and eliminating the risk of physical contact at a closed environment Design of an Industrial Gearbox, 09/2021 - 11/2021, An industrial gearbox was designed using the softwares : FUSION 360, ANSYS and KEYSHOT. A combination of spur gears, along with good Factor of Safety ( FOS ), suitable for various industrial applications that include Conveyor Systems, Speed Reducers, Gear pumps and Motors Delivery Box equipped with UV Sterilization, 08/2020 - 10/2020, The desired product would sterilize/disinfect (kills germs) the parcel inside the delivery box, using the method of UV sterilization and methods to reduce human interaction in order to ensure safety of the customer during medical emergencies
