Payroll Implementation & Support Manager – Key Responsibilities :-Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects, from requirement gathering and configuration to testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.Manage implementation of Indian payroll processes, including salary structures, attendance, leave, statutory deductions, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, bonus, and full & final settlement.Gather and analyze client requirements and translate business needs into effective payroll and HRMS configurations.Manage multiple payroll implementation projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of milestones and go-live activities.Coordinate with clients, HR, Finance, Accounts, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth implementation.Perform UAT, payroll validation, parallel runs, data verification, and reconciliation before production go-live.Transitioned completed implementation projects to Support/AMC team, providing comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to facilitate ongoing support.Managed post-go-live payroll and HRMS support, resolving functional and configuration issues to ensure seamless operations.Handle client escalations and provide appropriate solutions for complex payroll and HRMS requirements.Support clients in configuring new salary components, payroll rules, attendance policies, leave policies, and statutory requirements.Monitored support tickets, prioritized critical issues, and ensured timely resolutions.Identify recurring payroll issues and coordinate with the technical team for root-cause analysis and permanent solutions.Conduct client training and demonstrations on payroll, HRMS, ESS, attendance, leave, and related modules.Prepare implementation documents, requirement specifications, configuration documents, test cases, UAT reports, and go-live checklists.Ensure payroll processing is accurate, compliant, and processed within defined timelines.Provide functional guidance and mentoring to implementation and support team members.Improved payroll implementation and support processes, enhancing accuracy and client satisfaction through systematic reviews and adjustments.
