I am working as a Project Management Consultant at Momentum Controls Software and Services Inc. I am currently working with our partner Ciena Corporation on BT infill program focussed primarily on DWDM and Optical expansion across UK.

Previously, I led the end-to-end deployment of 1,500+ Nokia MGW nodes across BT’s UK footprint, overseeing planning, site coordination, network integration, audits, and customer acceptance activities.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully led BT's MGW deployment projector delivering more than 1500 MGW installs across whole UK.
• Consistently delivered project milestones across a nationwide deployment program.
• Strengthened customer trust by handling escalations effectively and maintaining transparent reporting.
• Improved operational efficiency by streamlining scheduling and partner query management.
• Implemented quality control measures, ensured adherence to standards.

I worked as a Backhaul Solution Architect with expertise in optical and wireless backhaul planning and design, capacity management and optimisation, and network deployment. I was responsible for end-to-end project management for network rollout initiatives, leveraging strong communication, planning, and leadership skills to drive high-performing, target-driven delivery teams.

My role involved contributing to network planning and build activities while overseeing desktop planning and execution carried out by partner teams. I also played a key role in developing backhaul connectivity solutions for government and enterprise customers.

Key Achievements:

• Oversaw planning and optimisation of NLD spans and access backhaul links comprising of more than 4000kms of optical fiber network across the state to meet network capacity and bandwidth demand.
• Oversaw end to end deployment of leasaed optical fiber solutions for data centers and high valued customers.
• Oversaw deployment of high capacity MW backhaul links in difficult to reach terrain for mobility and enterprise business.
• Oversaw deployment of UBR solution in urban settings to cater to our wider enterprise customer base.
• Oversaw green field surveys to determine feasibility for new tower erections.
• Oversaw knowledge sharing and information dissemination to our service partners for seamless work execution.
• Provided technical insight to sales and marketing team on large and complex customer bids enabling successful outcome.
• Formulated cross functional channels to discuss technical issues , technology collaborations and related discussions.

During my tenure at EGI, I had the opportunity to work on and manage multiple transmission rollout projects across the Middle East and Africa. I was responsible for both onsite and remote delivery of transmission deployments, including specially tailored customer projects. I also played an active role in developing strategies to help customers upgrade their networks and execute new rollout initiatives.

Key Acievements:

• Oversaw transmission rollout project for 4G deployment at Wataniya Kuwait.
• Oversaw migration & rehoming of transmission network for Airtel-Zain merger program.
• Oversaw capacity upgrade and network optimisation for 3G deployment at Airtel Rwanda.
• Oversaw commissioning and configuration of transmission nodes for 4G rollout at NBN Australia.

During my tenure as an Operations & Maintenance Engineer at Ericsson India Pvt. Ltd., I had the opportunity to work on managed service projects for leading carriers in the region. I was actively involved in daily preventive maintenance activities and new site integrations, ensuring smooth and reliable network performance. I was also responsible for managing the access network and troubleshooting any faults arising within the network.

Key Achievements:

• Managed operation and maintenance of a cluster comprising of around 300 cell sites.
• Performed new site installation and commissioning across the region.
• Performed software upgrades and managed DCN connectivity for transmission nodes.
• Performed root cause analysis to troubleshoot the issues within set SLA.
• Performed preventive maintenance activities to help reduce unplanned outages and downtime.
• Applied protection schemes and methods for redundancy of network paths to address network outages.
• Attended training sessions and online courses for skill building and technical expertise.
