  • Processed claim payments, including benefit payments such as Financial Hardship, Retirement, Rollover, and Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF). Additionally, Supported employment terminations (IFCC) and assisted customers with binding death nominations (BDN) and BDN updates.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of Benefit payments so that SLA is not Breached.
  • Created cases for benefit payments. Through the ETS process, Managed Notices of Intent for clients, established new super accounts based on member applications, and updated member investment choices.
  • The entire process transition was successfully managed by our 14-member team in Mumbai, who took over these responsibilities from the Australian team. Effectively set up and streamlined operations in Mumbai, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of service.
