• Providing end-to-end Data protection by deploying Cyber recovery Solutions to Seal Secondary backups at VAULT /DARK Site
• Design and Deployment of CRS Host at customer’s Vault site to protect/seal Primary copy from Cyber/Ransomware attacks
• Integration of CRS Host with Networker, Avamar and PP Data Manager
• Creating CRS policies to automate app data across Data domains
• Conducting CRS Workshop to customers on CRS Functions

• DR Simulation – Recovering and Bringing Vault backup application (Networker, Avamar) from sealed copy
• Deployment of CyberSense component to validate and Analyze copies for Malware presence

• Assessing customer’s VMWare infrastructure, deploying VProxies to handle Image level snapshot backups
• Implementing NMM to protect all Microsoft DBs and Applications (SQL, Hyper-V, Exchange and Sharepoint)
• Implementing NMDA and NM for SAP to protect DBs Oracle, MySQL, SAP, DB2
• Implementation of NDMP 2 Way and 3 Way DSA Backups
• Implementation of Avamar Hardware and Virtual editions and configuring Backups as per Design and Scope
• Configuring IDPA 4400, 5300, 5800, 8300, 8800
• Performing NetWorker, Data Domain upgradation as part of remote residency
• Training Analysts in the Team on various DP Technologies
• Creating Knowledge Base, SOPs, Articles to share with the Team to avoid Re-work.

• Global Operation Center (FAGOC)
• Providing Level 3 support on DELL EMC NetWorker and Data domain technologies like performing large upgradation of clients, NetWorker Server software upgrades and maintenance, Performance tuning of NetWorker parameters, Doing Log analysis as part of troubleshooting backup/recover failures and providing training
• Responsibilities:
• Managing Backup Infrastructure of client(All Data centers)
• Administration of Various NetWorker Jobs VMWare via VBA Appliances, Traditional FS Backups, NMM backups for SQL and Exchange
• Performed migration of backups from NetBackup to NetWorker
• Implementing and configuring various NetWorker resources
• Managing multiple Data domains, creating storage units for RMAN Direct backups
• Configuring RMAN Direct backups to Data domains, Troubleshooting and fixing of RMAN job failures

• Configuring and creating NFS Exports for Linux servers in the environment
• Replicating Celerra file systems to the disaster site through DELL EMC Celerra Replicator
• Performing soft zoning in Brocade switch
• Manage Data Storage replication across sites using DELL EMC RPA tool so that we maintain the RPO and RTO in the event of disaster recovery
