• Sailors Accommodation for Indian Navy, Vishakhapatnam - A high-rise residential development featuring a 2B+G+41F+T configuration. - Located in the high-velocity wind zone of the Visakhapatnam coastline; the structural design incorporates specialized wind tunnel testing results to ensure aerodynamic stability. - Fully engineered in accordance with MES (Military Engineer Services) standards and specific regulatory requirements. - The design has been vetted and officially approved by IIT Mumbai and the MES Engineers.
• CRC Joyous, Noida - A major residential development comprising four high-rise towers and a premium clubhouse. - Each tower features a 2B + G + 26F + T profile (two basements, ground floor, and 26 residential stories) - A multi-level exclusive clubhouse featuring a resort-style swimming pool, indoor squash courts, and a state-of-the-art gymnasium.
