  • GTM: Scaled the SaaS revenue of myBillBook from $0 to $5M in ARR and made it profitable. Set up the Marketing and Growth, Inside Sales, Offline Sales, Channel Sales, Retention, and Renewals teams from scratch. myBillBook has over 400,000 monthly active users and more than 200,000 paying businesses.
  • Support: Built the Customer Success, Finance & Accounting, and Human Resources teams.
  • Product and Engineering: Worked closely with the Product and Engineering teams to shape myBillBook into the product that it is now. myBillBook processes close to $5 billion worth of transactions monthly.
  • Payment Services: Created India's first SME-focused auto-reconciliation product called Smart Collect, processing $30M monthly for a select few customers. Set up a fraud detection team for Smart Collect.
  • Lending: Helped in setting up the lending business from scratch.
  • Fundraising: Raised $44M across seed, Series A, and Series B from top global and Indian investors like Peak XV (formerly Sequoia), Elevation Capital, Greenoaks, Beenext, Think Capital, Venture Catalysts, 9Unicorns, and a slew of angel investors.

  • I co-founded Koinex, fully bootstrapped, when it launched. It was profitable from day one. Raised pre-seed and seed rounds from Beenext Capital, Pantera Capital, Venture Catalysts, and angels.
  • Pivoted to FloBiz after regulatory hurdles made running Koinex impossible.
