Responsibilities:

Business Vertical - Production Division - Civil

• Construction of warehouse, Stockyard, and CODO Projects.
• Conduct survey and then to analyze them as well as maps, reports and other data pertaining to the area where construction is schedule to occur
• Compile all permits necessary for the construction of projects and ensure that all projects specification comply with local , state ,and federal government regulations i.e. pre and post constriction government approval such Building plan and plinth approval, fire NOC, Consent to establish and operate, NHAI Approval and local authority approvals.
• Guide the construction process from beginning to finish by overseeing all operation and ensuring all government compliance.
• Party empanelment through technical and commercial evaluation and party selection through competitive bidding.
• Preparation of tender documents and tender floating after taking Management approval.
• Site execution with micro and macro planning to ensure highest level of safety and quality within schedule time and cost effective management.
• Coordination and communication with all stakeholders such as User,architect , structural designer , Utility dept for smooth execution of projects.
• Preparation and Maintain documentation related to bills and compliance from start to finish and handover of projects such as material reconciliation , monthly running and final bills , PF& ESI clearances , BOCW & CLRA registration ans cess payment , Material test certificates, Insurances, Monthly safety report , site photographs.

• Construction of SPD warehouse phase 3 Dabaspet Industrial area Bangalore
• Expansion of warehouse and stockyard at Regional parts distribution centre Nagpur
• Civil repair and maintenance work of Pre dispatch inspection yard Mundra Port Gujarat.
• Construction of CODO Hennure road Nexa Facility Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

Handled multiple critical General Civil Works, IDCT, CW Pump House, DM Plant system for the Client of Larsen & Toubro Limited with highest Quality and Safety Standards.

• Execution of Induce Draft Cooling Tower of capacity 80000 cum/hour.
• Execution of DM water system & CW pump house , CW forebay, CW channel, Pipe rack foundations and water treatment plant
• Quantity estimation & BBS preparation from drawings.
• Preparation of monthly running Client Bill & Subcontractor Bill.
• Reconciliation of material and resource on monthly basis.
• Preparation of work execution methodology in line with L&T SOP's.
• Preparation of progress report for presentation to management.
