I was selected by LTIMindtree as a Cloud Engineer from my college campus. I have completed my internship as a cloud engineer at LTIMindtree, and then they hired me for training because of their requirements in this field. I was awarded a certificate for completing the internship with more than a 90% score from this organization. My engagements in the project are mentioned below:

• Active participation in the transition state:

Selected by LTIMindtree as a resource for the EY GlobalOne support project. I was actively engaged during the transition phase. From learning the procedure from the client itself to being ready within 2 weeks, I proved myself to be a quick learner. Due to my quick adaptation and handling one entire shift all alone during the busy season, I have received appreciation from my team lead.

• Exceptional Performance Recognition:

Acknowledged for my exceptional speed in work and proficiency in the project, I have received appreciation from the higher authority.

• Flexibility and Client Engagement:

Exhibited exceptional flexibility in working alone during busy hours. I have handled shifts all alone, especially during U.S. hours, showing strong commitment to the company.

Provided comprehensive technical support to EY clients, offering email and call assistance for their premium product related to tax.

I have applied for this internship during my college final year and was selected as an engineer for the Information Security and Computer Networking domain.
