- Prepare the CER (Cost Estimation Report) for new projects and support our Marketing team to submitting our commercial proposal to customers in a timely manner.
- Floating the RFQs to prospective suppliers and get the quote from them, after the negotiations based on the Price, supplies and Performance to make the best-fit sourcing decision.
- Involve the development of Stamping parts, Plastic parts, Rubber parts, Sintered parts, machined parts, Powder Coating and plating parts along with Sourcing committee.
- Identifying, Negotiating and finalizing supplier based on the internal zero base cost working.
- Analyzing the capacity, capability of suppliers and devising schedules
- Visiting to the supplier for Audit &Developing the new suppliers based on new projects
- Identifying the new suppliers for resource.
- For identifying the new vendors for sub-contracting purpose.
- Once the source got finalized release the PO (Purchase Order) and LOI Letter of Intent to respective Suppliers.
- Organize the meeting with selected suppliers and our CFT team members to finish the manufacturing feasibility.
- Supporting the supplier for new part development Along with QAD & Engineering and Ensure the development of new parts with the defined timeline.
- Import Supplier Monthly forecast and Firm Order releasing.
- On time Schedule Vessel Booking confirmation with Forwarders.
- Checklist confirmation for File BOE.
- Arranging Transportation and Customs clearance activity Inventory Target Monitoring as per Target.
- Liaison with finance team for timely payment of bills. Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Power point.
- Handling Import/ Exporting Materials with different Country
- A global leader in design & manufacture of Brakes, Suspension and Steering Plant in Chennai working as an Imports Procurement CKD for both NPD and Regular parts from Jun'22 to till date.
