Photoshoot Management
Making sure that the images used on an online store are visually appealing, high-quality, and represent the brand's aesthetic
- Defining the style and aesthetic for the shoot that aligns with the brand's identity and target audience. Decide on the theme, mood, and look of the product images.
- Communicating closely with the marketing, branding, and design teams to ensure the photoshoot aligns with the overall ecommerce strategy and brand image.
- Selecting the products to be photographed, ensuring a comprehensive representation of the product range.
- Choosing the location for the shoot (studio or on-location) this includes selecting props, backgrounds, and any other visual elements, to schedule the photoshoot, including setting deadlines for delivery of final images.
- Ensuring proper composition, angle, and framing to showcase product details, colors, and textures. Ensuring Multiple shots are taken to capture different angles or variations.
- Continuously reviewing the images to ensure high quality and consistency in lighting, focus, and overall presentation.
- Keeping track of the shooting schedule and ensure the session moves smoothly and stays within timeline.
- Coordinating for re-shoots as necessary for product updates, improved styling, or new marketing strategies.
- Uploading the final, edited images to the ecommerce platform or product listing system, ensuring they are properly placed and displayed for each product.
- Adding alt text, captions, and file names that align with SEO best practices to help improve search visibility and rankings for each product.
Content Management
Crafting compelling narratives that engage the audience and communicate the brand’s story, values, and unique selling points.
- Developing a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and websites.
- Ensuring that content maintains consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all platforms, aligning with the brand’s voice and messaging guidelines. Checking for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax errors, ensuring the content is polished and professional.
