• Tetra Pak AB (Sweden) – Supported global Coupa P2P processes including content groups, supplier onboarding, approval chain design, PO/Invoice integration fixes, and complex business documentation.
• Nordea Bank Abp (Norway) – Test Lead managing banking application testing using JIRA, validating user stories, executing regression cycles, coordinating defect triage, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• KPMG International Cooperative – Coupa Support Analyst resolving daily procurement issues, managing PR/PO/Invoice exceptions, approval chain problems, and supplier data corrections while supporting integration error handling.
• TalkTalk Telecom Ltd (UK) – ETL & Informatica Analyst validating source-to-target mappings, monitoring data pipelines, executing transformation checks, and resolving defects in enterprise telecom data environments.
• The New India Assurance Co. Ltd (India) – QA Lead for a 20-member team managing CR analysis, GST validations, FI (Final Inspection), deployment coordination, night support, issue fixes, and defect lifecycle management using MasterCraft DevPlus.
• MasterCraft DevPlus (TCS Internal Platform) – Automated testing governance workflows, optimized demand-to-deploy processes, and improved test execution pipelines.
• AIG – Structured Settlement / Bancs Application (USA) – Module Lead for UFT/QTP automation; developed scripts, enhanced frameworks, managed client communication, and executed Agile-based sprint testing.
• GE Healthcare – HCIT: Periop V&V (USA) – Led testing for clinical workflow modules (Rendezvous, Apollo, CEUI), executed automation and functional test cycles, managed defects, and maintained documentation.
• AGL Spectrum (Australia) – Early-career QA engineer executing functional test cases, validating .NET application behavior, and performing detailed defect logging.
