• Managed confirmation processes for trades cleared through LCH (London Clearing House), utilising TradeServ for LCH trades to confirm trade details and settlement instructions with clearing counter-parties.
• Conducted thorough reconciliation of trade confirmations with counter-parties to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly, minimising operational risk.
• Leveraged automation features in TLM, called aliases, to streamline auto-matching in confirmations, reducing manual intervention and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) of Tableau dashboards and UTI automation workflows, validating functionality and identifying areas for refinement or improvement.
• LOV for working with stakeholders in T&TR, counterparts in Chennai and DA team to get 3 UTI reports onto Tableau, which saved a time of 120m daily.
