Resource management (Infrastructure Portfolio and Project Delivery (IPPD))

• Hands on experience in working with the IQ navigator tool
• Exclusively responsible for creation of contracts, onboarding and offboarding resources(contractors) to shell via SERP (ERP Tool) & IQN
• Interacting with stake holders, Project manager & recruitment team to understand their demand
• Identifying open opportunities within ET&P by proactively interacting with PM & RM’s from other BU’s
• Preparing and maintaining process documentation up-to-date
• Monthly and weekly reporting of Contractor data & forecast of Demand summary
• Updating New Joiners Tracker on daily basis with Onboarding, Offboarding and Extension details of all the resources in ET&P
• Preparing a monthly tracker of all problems and incidents employees within shell (on their project recovery by extracting time sheet record from SERP and circulating it to all the leads of the particular BU
• Taking care of end to end activities related to the program & responsible to manage project setups, resource management , onboarding session to new PM’s, arrange meeting & facilitate the project team & leads ,being the point of contact to the development teams & the stakeholders ,preparing status reports & adhoc reports, provide access to resources related to project etc
• Ensure Adhoc problems are resolved or further escalated
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders involved in the account or portfolio of accounts
• Contribute to and optimize the contract renewal process by ensuring adherence.
