Performance Measurement:

• Analyzing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in Expenses, Allocations and Headcounts.
• Preparation of monthly financial metrics and key business drivers specific to different products/functions.
• Providing financial data support to Business/Functions & assist them in decision making.

Reporting / Analytics:

• Preparation of various reports to support the functional CFO needs and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines.
• Monthly variance reporting and reporting of any issues, risks & opportunities, Flash reporting (pre- month end estimate of expenses).
• Preparation of monthly Review decks & getting into discussions with stakeholders, as necessary.
• Migrating decks from Excel/Essbase to Tableau Dashboards and also preparing new decks as per onshore requirements.

Month End Oversight activities:

• Assist in key month end activities including interaction with the Controllers to provide oversight of completeness and accuracy of underlying management information.
• Assisting Onshore Counterparts with Budgeting activities such as monthly outlook , Mid-Year forecast and budgeting for future years which involves preparing model template , discussing the targets with onshore and then uploading in system Essbase Systems.

• Optimizing the existing processes to be more efficient and productive.
• Building fund management system for one of the leading financial services client using excel analytics for there 20 different investment funds to reduce the manual reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Automating the pay-out calculations for renowned Healthcare Client using automation tools such as Xceptor and VBA.

• Evaluated quality control processes and made recommendations for improvements in quality control.
• Participated in site visits, helping to survey ongoing and planned installations and retrofits.
• Analyzed and planned workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency at the manufacturing facility established in Neemrana, Rajasthan.
• Read and interpreted electrical schematics, parts lists and mechanical drawing for different types of HVAC systems.
• Prepared bid proposals for presentation to potential clients (Interior designer and Architects) and was successfully able to close 3 deals.
