Dissertation at NIPGR and project entitled as "Molecular Cloning of Wuschel gene from Brassica Oleracea" In this project, it was focused on the molecular cloning and mechanisms of the WUS gene from B.oleracea. The cloning mechanism was carried out by the amplification of gene with the help of positive selection vector pJET1.2 and expression vector pCAMBIA1302.
