Molecular Analysis of Seed Storage Protein Gene Promoters and Expression Profiling in Pulses.

Extracted high-quality genomic DNA and total RNA from selected pulse seeds for promoter and expression analysis.
Designed and amplified the promoter regions of seed storage protein genes using gene-specific primers.
I analyzed the amplified promoter sequences through agarose gel electrophoresis, purification, and in silico identification of regulatory elements.
Synthesized cDNA and assessed gene expression levels of the corresponding seed storage proteins using RT-PCR.
