  • Project ULURU is a project setup between Client (NA & Canada) and Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. Client has decided to outsource a part of their business in North America & Canada to Genpact.
  • To set up a core team in Bangalore Location for business operations in Order Management, Collections, Cash Applications & Claims.
  • To evaluate candidate profiles received through the hiring team for and to ensure that the correct and required resources are hired in a timely manner to enable smooth business operations.
  • To connect with Clients on skype calls to understand their way of business operations and their expectations from Genpact team.
  • To identify the challenges in day-to-day operation and the way to overcome those challenges.
  • To attend Virtual Knowledge Transfer Sessions (VKT) with the team and to ensure that all their queries should be answered.

  • Project Athena - Jun 2018 - Feb 2019
  • Project Athena was a project within Symantec which was for the System Migration from Oracle 11i to R12. All the data was to be migrated to the new ERP in Symantec Headquarters at Mountain View, California. For Migration, a Sandbox environment was created, and we were advised to do testing before the deployment.
  • To create test cases in SFDC which was integrated to Oracle R12.
  • To test the data in Sandbox environment to ensure smooth deployment.
  • To report any inconsistencies in data (if any).
  • To ensure that none of the customers are affected due to transition.
  • To work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure that the old & new customers are aware of the technical changes and system migration.
  • To create SOP for the changes done in the system to enable smooth transition.
  • To get on Webex calls with Partners & Customers to educate them about the changes in their EDI ordering tools.
  • To work with the Collection & Revenue teams to understand if there are any challenges or issues in the generation of invoices through the new system.
