round the clock. Coordinate with production department on
project progress.
- Identify and resolve causes of equipment malfunction.
Ensure adherence to all facility safety precautions and
procedures.
- Responsible for Service & Maintenance of (22MT,
7500kw, 3600v, 500Hz, SCR base ET Make ) induction
furnace and LRF of 30MT capacity.
- Also responsible for Maintenance of EOT cranes of different
capacities, ID fans, cooling towers and LT motors.
- Monitoring steel melting shop performance basis(read and
analyzing daily LOGBOOK).
- Stabilize the production and maintenance activities of the
entire unit to ensure the smooth operation plant.
- Maintain 6/11 two stand Continuous steel billet caster with
auto hot shearing machine(CCM).
- Identified and investigated recurring electrical issues, seeking prompt resolutions to minimise further disruption.
